Delay eating until 8:30AM, 11:30AM, 2:30 pm, 4:00-4:30 pm, 7-7:30 pm
Drink 6 cups water, green, white, or herbal tea

Delay eating: from 9:30 to 11:30 am! And all afternoon. No 2:30 or late pm eating
