I'm really liking ChaLean Extreme. I feel like I'm holding myself taller and definitely feel stronger. What's odd is how much stronger my core feels and I'm not doing any dedicated ab work. And I have a true accomplishment to report: I'm FINALLY able to do push-ups. They're girly push-ups, but they are push-ups all the same.
I've decided to tackle my sneak eating. I know it's a major factor in my inability to reverse that train. This week - between 5 and 8 pm, I will eat only in the presence of others or sitting down at the table. And for each successful day - I get a new song from iTunes. Or a new app for my iPhone.
