With my old friend Leslie Sansone. I've gone back to an oldie but goodie - Walk Away The Pounds 4 Miles Express - to help me ease back into working out. And when I say ease, I mean EASE. The first day, I did one mile followed by some very very light strength training and stretching. THAT made me sore. The next day was rest day. Yesterday, I did the same as the first - but was not sore this morning. I just finished doing 2 miles followed by a little bit of stretching.
I know that I hurt myself in many ways with exercise before. I refuse to do that. But I also refuse to NOT exercise. It's too important for my health.
Ease in and take your time--smart girl. There's no rush!
