Breakfast:   yogurt, blueberries, granola

Lunch:  Optifast soup

Snack 1 - broccoli and mushrooms

Snack 2 - Slim-fast (ugh - gotta do better than this!)

Dinner - some kind of beef and noodles and a salad, 1/2 a beer

After dinner:2 Godiva gems
