I have decided to keep my membership with MFD - but only to log my food. Logging my food on a consistent basis is one of my most powerful tools for weight management and MFD really does make it very easy.
I will continue to blog here and of course, reply to emails.
And now that I've made that decision, I feel better. It's almost time for my anniversary blog - I've been thinking about it, but I'm not sure yet what I want to say. Perhaps I'll do a series of anniversary posts rather than just one "I did it post."
Ooooohhh, a series would be good :)

ReplyDeleteI also made the pleasant discovery that I can do it without MFD, (I was so afraid to be on my own) but the logging is key...I have backed off my "sadistic addiction" to responding to every board posting that cried out for help or advice and am now just focusing in what I need to get from it myself. I choose to use that time I used to waste online more positively and productively. Although we have come to a similar conclusion from two different directions, we seem to agree on the same thing.
