Falling off the face of the earth

Not really, but I am in the midst of a disappearing act - at least from the online world. Life got really busy.

I've started ChaLean Extreme. I think I'm going to like it.

Sandra - thanks for checking on me. I have't been able to keep up with my favorite people - I hope you're doing well.

    Hey Maura! I have disappeared a bit myself. Nothing new in my world - same old challenges - food and drink. Exercise is on track with Chalean Extreme and I am just about done with the Push month. Yay! I really truly like my arms now - they can look better but I am not embarrassed about them anymore. Thanks to Chalene!
