that for the first time in a week, I don't feel bloated and gross!
Today's food (so far):
Breakfast
100 grams of plain baked sweet potato
3.5 oz of plain turkey breast (roasted fresh - not deli)
Lunch:
Red Forks Roasted Tomato and Butternut Squash soup
Stewed apples
Sobe 0 Calorie Life Water (the Fuji Apple Pear flavor is fantastic)
Snack:
1 piece of whole grain whole wheat bread
1 Laughing Cow Light Wedge
Total calories so far: about 700, including my coffee
Planned dinner:
Ham steak
broccoli
sweet potato casserole
1/2 of a beer (yep, D and I split a beer because 1 is too much and water, for some reason, won't do)
I'll finish the day under 1500 calories. This is good.
My weight will still be up tomorrow. 1 day of fairly clean eating won't undo a week's worth of indulgences. But 1 day of clean eating is a much needed start. And it feels good.
