So, I've logged my food and came close to 1600 cals per day. I've logged my steps and exceeded 4000 per day. And I've worked out 3x this week. And I just acknowledged those successes.
And... for the piece de resistance - I walked by and ignored donuts this morning. Who needs fried air, anyway?
I'm feeling good about my progress and my state of mind.
Walking past the donuts was a win-win. More steps to track on your pedometer AND no calories ingested. :) Yay!
