Goals 2/19

Delay eating until 8:30AM, 11:30AM, 2:30 pm, 4:00-4:30 pm, 7-7:30 pm - 
Drink 6 cups water, green, white, or herbal tea

Delay:  yes.  
Drink: x x x x x x x 

I'm pleased with the water intake.  I usually forget to drink it on the weekends.  Also pleased - I ate smaller portions and was very satisfied.
