Below is my list of what works for me. One thing I found interesting - many of my favorite "treat" foods are not on here. They couldn't pass the gut test!

- Roasted new potatoes (the little red ones)
- Barley
- Fine Chocolate
- Greens - as in collards, kale, spinach
- Asparagus
- Nectarines
- Cantaloupe
- Good bread and butter
- Wine
- Exquisitely made desserts
- Yogurt
- Granola
- Rolled Oats
- Lentils
- Blackberries
